Using Travel Pro

You may use Travel Pro only for lawful travel coordination and only with information you are authorized to store, share, or send. You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler details, recipients, schedules, and documents you provide.

Accounts and access

Keep access to your email account secure. Travel Pro uses email verification and one-time codes. Do not share claim links or attempt to access another person’s workspace.

Documents and reminders

Travel Pro is an organization and communication tool, not an airline, insurer, visa authority, emergency service, or source of official travel status. Verify critical details with the relevant provider. External reminders require sender confirmation, but the sender remains responsible for final content and timing.

Plans and limits

Plans may limit active trips, clients, contacts, or storage. Prices and limits shown at purchase apply until changed with notice. Taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms may vary by jurisdiction and payment provider.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, infringe rights, send deceptive messages, evade opt-outs, probe the service, or use Travel Pro for unsolicited bulk communication.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SANDL Technologies is not liable for missed travel, provider changes, indirect loss, or decisions made from outdated information.
