Privacy policy

Information we process

Travel Pro processes account names and emails, optional phone numbers, client and trip details, uploaded documents, reminder recipients, delivery events, subscription information, device push subscriptions, and security/audit data.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide agent and traveler workspaces, enforce access, store and deliver requested content, operate billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Sharing and visibility

Agent-published trip content is visible to linked trip members. Traveler uploads begin private and are shared only after an explicit visibility change. Reminder contacts receive individual messages but do not receive trip access. Service providers may process limited information under contract to operate hosting, email, payments, monitoring, and support.

Phone numbers and messages

Phone numbers are optional contact information. Travel Pro does not send SMS. Email recipients can opt out of reminder messages without disabling essential account or security email.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while needed to provide the account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Archived records may remain for a limited backup or audit period. Contact support to request account data or deletion, subject to lawful exceptions.

Security

We use access controls, expiring hashed invitations, verification, throttling, delivery safeguards, and audit trails. No system can guarantee absolute security; report concerns to security@travel.sandl.pro.

Your choices

You can control document visibility, reminder recipients, theme and locale settings, push permission, email reminder opt-outs, and plan status. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@travel.sandl.pro.
